Luscious Lemon Meringue Tart.
This is a mash up of a traditional French tart au Citron and a Lemon meringue pie. Crisp pastry is deep filled with a creamy, zesty lemon curd and piled high with torched Italian Meringue.Probably my favourite dessert ever! 48 hours notice required for delivery.
